Back Twist Sit on the mat, flex your right knee and rest your right foot on the floor on the outside of your left thigh. Rotate your torso to the right, bring your right hand to the floor behind your lower back, and wrap your right leg with your left arm. Press your thigh with your arm and hold in this position for a few seconds. Return to the starting pose and repeat the movement with the opposite side.
