Downward Facing Dog Pose or 'Adho Mukha Svanasana' Yoga is a discipline in which body and mind are united. The downward facing dog is one of the most popular postures of this ancient practice, ideal for eliminating bad vibrations and freeing us from stress. To do it correctly, stand with your feet hip-width apart, breathe in, and raise your arms to the sky. Flex your hip as you breathe out until you reach the ground with your hands. From this position, step back to reach the inverted V posture.
